Banking & Finance Team advises on £85m syndicated deal

The Banking & Finance team at Walker Morris have advised a club of three banks led by Lloyds on a £85m multi-currency revolving facility for Johnson Service Group.
Johnson Service Group provide textile rental services and related services across a range of sectors throughout the UK. The company are the leading supplier of work wear and linen services to corporates and over 37,000 SME’s.
Philip Scott, Zara Shafiq and Joshua Waddington from the Banking & Finance Team at Walker Morris provided legal advice to the banks.
