Walker Morris advises CB Collier on strategic residential land opportunity

Walker Morris has advised CB Collier Ltd, the specialist land and property developer, on the successful exchange of contracts for a strategic land site in South Staffordshire, which is expected to pave the way for a high‑quality residential development.
The approximately eight‑acre site has significant development potential, with planning strategy now progressing following completion of the contractual stage. The transaction is key in advancing the site and reflects continued activity across the Midlands residential and regeneration market.
