Finalist in Insider Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards 2025

Walker Morris has been announced as a finalist in Insider’s Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards 2025 in the Corporate Law Firm of the Year category.
The Corporate team has been shortlisted in recognition of its strategic deal work, market impact and cross-disciplinary approach over the past 12 months. The awards celebrate the financiers, bankers, lawyers and funders leading the M&A and capital markets landscape across the Yorkshire region.
The submission highlighted the team’s commercial impact and capability across domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions, demonstrating strength on both private and public deal mandates. Despite reduced activity last year caused by political and economic uncertainty, the market shows renewed appetite for deals across all sizes, sectors and jurisdictions, with stabilisation in debt markets creating fresh strategic opportunities for M&A.
