Walker Morris have been supporting The Lettings Industry Council (TLIC) with the commissioning of the “Beyond Section 21 Report”, which was presented to Policy Advisers at Downing Street earlier this year. A Section 21 Working Group was formed by TLIC in 2019, when the Government launched their consultation into the abolition of section 21. This consultation caused serious concern to many stakeholders within the Private Rented Sector.
