Walker Morris’ Intellectual Property Team invests in specialist expertise

John-Joe specialises in both intellectual property and data. He joins the team from an in-house position at leading engineering firm, WSP. John-Joe qualified last September after spending 12 months of his training contract in the intellectual property team at Clarion.

John-Joe’s appointment follows the recent internal promotions of Alan Harper to Partner and Sarah Williams to Director.

Alan is recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ by Legal 500. He is a specialist intellectual property solicitor and experienced litigator. Alan advises clients across the full spectrum of intellectual property matters and intellectual property rights, including patents, trade marks, copyright and designs.

Sarah represents local, national and international clients in aspects of trade mark law. She focuses on IP trade marks, copyright and designs. Sarah works for clients in a variety of sectors, including the food and drinks industry, retail, fashion and engineering.
