Walker Morris advises Westermo on strategic investment in RazorSecure

Walker Morris’ Corporate team has advised Swedish technology leader Westermo on its strategic investment in UK-based RazorSecure, a specialist in cyber security for the rail industry.
Founded in 1975, Westermo designs and manufactures data communications products for critical infrastructure sectors, including transport, water, and energy markets. This investment will enable RazorSecure to accelerate its growth, drive innovation, and deliver integrated hardware and software solutions to global rail customers.
Corporate Partner Oliver Duke led the Walker Morris team on this transaction, with support from Madeleine McAra (Senior Associate).
