Walker Morris’ Corporate team has advised Swedish headquartered Sorb Industri on two strategic acquisitions expanding Lifco’s specialist solutions division in the UK.
The first transaction saw Sorb Industri acquire the shares in UK-based Heavy Duty Parts, a specialist supplier of parts to coaches.
The second acquisition saw Sorb’s acquisition of UK-based Maximover, a specialist in the design and manufacturing of low floor van conversions up to 3.5 tonnes.
Corporate Partner Oliver Duke led the team on both transactions, with support from Evelyn Lewzey-Jackson (Senior Associate), Brenna Varcoe (Associate), and Katie Chaplin for the Heavy Duty Parts acquisition, and from Holly ter Bruggen (Senior Associate) and Tom Parkes (Associate) for the Maximover deal.
