Walker Morris advises Schülke & Mayr on acquisition of Redditch Medical

Walker Morris’ Corporate team has advised global healthcare manufacturer Schülke & Mayr on its acquisition of UK-based Redditch Medical, a specialist in cleanroom contamination control for the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
Founded in 1889, Schülke & Mayr is a German-headquartered company that manufactures and distributes products for healthcare, industrial hygiene, and personal care. This strategic acquisition strengthens Schülke & Mayr’s life sciences portfolio and reinforces its commitment to seamless cleanroom decontamination for pharmaceutical and biotech customers worldwide.
Corporate Partner Oliver Duke led the Walker Morris team on this transaction, with support from Anna Musk (Associate).
