Walker Morris advises on the acquisition of Alwayse Engineering

Walker Morris advised Swedish headquartered Sorb Industri AB, part of the Lifco Group, on its acquisition of Alwayse Ball Units Limited, the holding company of Alwayse Engineering Limited.
Alwayse Engineering is a global supplier of ball transfer units and other ball unit solutions. Lifco’s model is to acquire and develop market-leading sustainable, niche businesses with the potential to deliver sustainable earnings growth and robust cash flows.
