Walker Morris advises Fireye on the acquisition of Energy Technology & Control

Walker Morris’ Corporate team has advised Fireye, part of Spectrum Safety Solutions, on its acquisition of Energy Technology & Control, a UK-based specialist in advanced combustion control technology.
The transaction represents an important step in Fireye’s strategy to expand its footprint in the UK and strengthen its position as a global leader in flame safeguard and combustion control systems.
