Our Corporate team has advised Swedish-headquartered Sorb Industri, a part of the Lifco group, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Ascot Signs Ltd. Ascot Signs is a Northern Irish company renowned for its expertise in designing, manufacturing, and installing bespoke signage and branding solutions.
Our team was led by Oliver Duke, with support from Nicola Parkinson, Kayleigh Watson, Jamie Guy, and Jacob Bellamy.
