Walker Morris advised Swedish headquartered Tornum AB, part of the Volati AB, on its acquisition of JW Installations UK Limited.
JW Installations is a distributor for several strong brands in the grain handling equipment space, including Tornum’s own grain dryers.
Oliver Duke and Frances Scarisbrick led the Walker Morris team.
