Walker Morris advised German headquartered Kinshofer GmbH on its acquisition of Prolec Ltd from James Fisher and Sons plc.
Prolec is a niche developer of software and hardware solutions for the construction industry. Kinshofer is a global company and a leader in the construction and landscaping, demolition, recycling and scrap, track construction, material handling, foundation and drilling sectors.
Oliver Duke and Aakanksha Dalal led the Walker Morris team.
