In a post Covid world, job changes and “the great resignation” mean that companies are facing increased risk and its more important than ever to protect businesses, their clients, staff and confidential information.

We take a joined-up approach to our work, using expertise from around the firm to make sure we reach the best outcome for our clients. In practice, this means that our Employment Team helps clients understand the steps they need to take in relation to their staff.

This includes helping to draft contractual protections and advising on enforceability, advising on TUPE, and working collaboratively to protect a client’s interests.  Our Corporate Team also get involved when issues of covenants and confidentiality are in relation to the sale and purchase of businesses.

And when those protections aren’t enough, our Dispute Resolution Team  will help take the steps needed to protect your business in the event of a breach.

We’re always on call, because we know how important it is to be able to act with urgency when the need arises.  When necessary, we’ll use urgent interim relief to obtain court orders to restrain further breaches and we’ll pursue claims to recover financial losses from those responsible.
