Simon is our in-house General Counsel and sits upon our Board. With over two decades of experience at Walker Morris, Simon is pivotal in safeguarding the firm’s legal and regulatory integrity. He leads on all aspects of compliance, including professional conduct, anti-money laundering, GDPR, information security, anti-bribery, and business continuity, ensuring our teams can focus on delivering an exceptional service to clients.
Simon’s expertise lies in managing complex risk environments and navigating regulatory frameworks to support our firm’s strategic ambitions. Simon handles any claims made against the firm and deals with the negotiation and agreement of our supplier arrangements.
After training and qualifying at a City firm, Simon moved to Walker Morris in 1998 and became a Partner in 2002. Before becoming General Counsel, he specialised in insolvency and restructuring work. His appointment to the Board in 2022 reflects his integral role in shaping our firm’s future.
