Rebecca is a Director in our Finance Dispute Resolution Team.  She deals with disputes on behalf of financial institutions, including fraudulent property transactions, defended possession proceedings, matters involving the Land Registry and other mortgage-related disputes.

Her down-to-earth approach is well known amongst her clients, and she is quick to point out that applying her legal knowledge and skills to provide the best possible service for her clients is the most rewarding part of her job.

Describing herself as approachable, reliable and efficient, her clients agree – praising her “knowledgeable and well-organised” way of working.

A safe pair of hands

Dedicated and empathetic in the way she deals with both people and complex legal scenarios, Rebecca is clear that she wants to be seen as a valued team member by her clients: “I want them to feel they can rely on me as a safe pair of hands” she says.

On joining the legal profession, Rebecca says “I’ve always enjoyed problem solving, so I wanted to apply this to real life”.
