Charlotte is an Senior Associate in our Infrastructure & Energy Team. Charlotte works predominantly on  mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations and corporate support. A typical client could be anything from a small owner managed business, right through to PLCs, private equity houses and international companies.

When asked what she finds most rewarding about her role, Charlotte says, “Getting to work with a wide range of industries, developing long-standing relationships with clients – and achieving the best result for them”. She describes her approach to client work as “proactive and personable” and says, “I’m always up for a challenge!”

Charlotte works well under pressure and collaborates with clients and colleagues. She keeps her clients top of her list of priorities and always takes the time to understand their business and exactly what they need to help them achieve their desired outcome.

“This area of law gives me the opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment that is continuously changing”.

Charlotte is the chair of the Walker Morris Charity Committee.
