Walker Morris Team advises Pelsis on acquisition of Curtis Gilmour

A multidisciplinary team of lawyers from Walker Morris has advised Pelsis Holding (UK) Limited, the leading European manufacturer of branded pest control products, on its acquisition of Curtis Gilmour Holding Company Inc.

Curtis Gilmour is an international leader in professional and retail pest control products and equipment with operations across the US, Sweden and the UK, where it operates under the brands B&G Equipment, Curtis Dyna-Fog, Silvandersson and Agrisense.

Pelsis is already a market leader in the pest control sector with established operations in 11 locations around Europe, Asia and the US, supplying customers in more than 80 countries.

Leading the Walker Morris Team was Debbie Jackson and Oliver Duke with support from Frances Scarisbrick (Corporate) James Crellin, Laura Lister and Ricky Walker (Finance), Alan Harper (IP), Rachel Turnbull (Regulatory), Cameron Baloyi Rigby and Andrew Maclean (Real Estate) and Andrew Rayment and Lorna Hopps (Employment).

Rothschild Global Advisory acted as investment banker to Pelsis fielding a team led by Rob Dunnett, Tim Day and Samantha Gough. Richard Firth of Park Place Corporate Finance provided corporate finance advice to the Pelsis management team.
