The Real Estate Team of the Year category recognises teams that have demonstrated market‑leading expertise, technical excellence and commercial impact, alongside a commitment to delivering high‑quality, pragmatic advice for clients across complex and high‑value mandates.

The Walker Morris Real Estate team is one of the largest specialist real estate practices outside London, advising on a wide range of commercial, residential and mixed‑use developments, investment work and portfolio transactions for national and international clients.
