Walker Morris has appointed Daniel O'Gorman as Head of its International Group

Daniel is a Partner in the Corporate Team at Walker Morris and has an international practice advising on cross-border M&A transactions and equity fundraisings. He is recognised for his international work in Chambers and Partners and was included in The Lawyer magazine’s 2018 Hot 100 list of the leading lawyers practising in the UK.
