Walker Morris has announced that a multi-disciplinary team has advised Total Capital Partners (“Total Capital”) on the launch of Auralis, a new buy-and-build holding company, and its first strategic acquisition of British lifestyle clothing brand, Weird Fish.

The team provided strategic support across corporate and banking disciplines to deliver a uniquely structured intra-fund transaction which facilitates future growth opportunities and delivers strong investor returns.

The deal delivers a 4x return to investors and marks a significant milestone in Total Capital’s continued commitment to supporting ambitious management teams and investing in growth-focused businesses.

Corporate Partner John Hamer guided the cross-disciplinary team, with support from Phil Scott, Banking & Finance Partner, Marianne McKeown (Senior Associate), and Ellie Foster (Associate).

Discussing the deal, John Hamer said, “We’re thrilled to have supported Total Capital on this innovative transaction and the launch of Auralis. Weird Fish is a fantastic brand with a strong management team and impressive growth trajectory.

“The creation of Auralis sets the stage for further strategic acquisitions, and we look forward to seeing the platform evolve.”
