Walker Morris advises Titan Wealth on its agreement to acquire Progeny International

Walker Morris has advised Titan Wealth on its agreement to acquire Progeny International, the international business arm of Progeny Group.
The transaction will add approximately £900 million of assets under advice to Titan’s international business, along with a team of 13 financial advisers.
Progeny International provides financial planning to internationally mobile clients, with operations across key global wealth centres including Belgium, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai. The business specialises in cross-border advice spanning financial planning, tax, investment and succession matters.
Walker Morris previously advised Titan Wealth on its acquisition of Ravenscroft International as part of Titan Wealth’s growth of its international business.
Corporate Partner John Hamer led the Walker Morris team on the transaction, with support from tax partner Nicola Parkinson, Simon Cuerden (Director), Priya Thiara (Associate), and Olivia Thurston (Paralegal).
Walker Morris advised Titan Wealth on all legal aspects of the deal.
