Walker Morris advises Sorb Industri on the acquisition of Granada Secondary Glazing

Walker Morris has advised Sorb Industri, part of the Lifco Group, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Granada Secondary Glazing and its subsidiary Clearview Secondary Glazing, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of bespoke secondary glazing products.
Granada, headquartered in Dinnington and founded in 1980, supplies a broad range of made-to-measure glazing solutions to trade, commercial and residential customers.
