Walker Morris advises QAD Inc. on acquisition of Kavida Technologies Ltd

Walker Morris has announced that it has advised QAD Inc., a global leader in manufacturing and supply chain software, on its agreement to acquire Kavida Technologies Ltd (trading as Kavida.ai), a cutting-edge platform specialising in agentic AI for industrial software.

This strategic acquisition accelerates QAD | Redzone’s Champion AI roadmap, strengthening its position in delivering high-value, AI-driven solutions to the manufacturing market. The transaction is subject to approval by the UK regulatory authorities.

Corporate Partner Mike O’Halloran led the cross-disciplinary team, with support from Adhiraj Gupta (Senior Associate), Sabreen Hussain (Associate), Josh Grier (Trainee) and Solomiia Merza (Paralegal) in the Corporate team, together with Matthew Lingard (Director) and Eleanor Hunt (Associate) in the Intellectual Property team and others across the firm.
