Walker Morris advises on acquisition of Condale Plastics

Walker Morris advised Swedish headquartered Sorb Industri AB on its acquisition of Condale Holdings Limited, the holding company of Condale Plastics Limited.

Condale Plastics has about 80 employees and reported net sales of approximately £18m in 2021. The company is based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. Sorb Industri AB is owned by Lifco AB which is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and offers a safe haven for small and medium-sized businesses. Lifco’s model is to acquire and develop market-leading sustainable, niche businesses with the potential to deliver sustainable earnings growth and robust cash flows.
