Walker Morris advises on acquisition of Caring Technology Limited

Walker Morris advised Swedish headquartered Sorb Industri AB on its acquisition of Caring Technology Limited, the holding company of Specialist Alarm Services Limited (SAS). SAS designs, manufactures, supplies, installs and maintains specialist alarm systems, primarily for the healthcare sector.
Sorb Industri AB is owned by Lifco AB which is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and offers a safe haven for small and medium-sized businesses. Lifco’s model is to acquire and develop market-leading sustainable, niche businesses with the potential to deliver sustainable earnings growth and robust cash flows.
