Infrastructure & Energy team advise Enovert on acquisition of Highfield Environmental

The addition of Highfield Environmental Limited to the Enovert Group increases the range of specialist disposal services Enovert is able to provide and follows Enovert’s acquisition of ABC Power Solutions, the UK’s leading gas engine specialists, earlier this year.

Legal advice was provided to Enovert by the multi- disciplinary Infrastructure & Energy team at Walker Morris led by Partner, Tim Jackson-Smith supported by Director, Paul Dinning and Associates, Jake Smith and William Oakes, with specialist tax advice from Partner, Nicola Parkinson.
