Corporate lawyers continue busy quarter of M&A deals

Specialist lawyers at Walker Morris have advised the shareholders of David Berryman Limited on its acquisition by THG Holdings plc for an undisclosed sum.  David Berryman is recognised as one of the UK’s foremost fruit-based ingredients specialists, with significant canning and bottling capabilities based in Luton, UK.

Richard Naish in the Corporate Team at Walker Morris, provided legal advice to the David Berryman shareholders.

The acquisition is the latest in a number of M&A deals for the Walker Morris Corporate Team, particularly in the food & drink sector. The Team recently announced it had advised on 19 deals in Q4 with an aggregate deal value in excess of £700m.
