Walker Morris’ Corporate team has advised EA Technology and its majority owner, Summa Equity, on the acquisition of Fundamentals Ltd, the UK’s premier provider of voltage control solutions.
Founded in 1966, EA Technology is a global leader in deploying data driven solutions for electricity networks. Headquartered in the UK with offices in Australia, America, South East Asia and China, EA’s speciality services are key to supporting the transition to energy decarbonisation.
