BlueCat Networks acquires Men&Mice

Walker Morris has advised BlueCat Networks, the North American headquartered provider of mission-critical network and cloud infrastructure software for reliable and secure DNS, DHCP and IP address management, on its acquisition of the Men&Mice group, one of the longest-established tech companies in Iceland and a leading provider of sustainable network management solutions.
BlueCat Networks is headquartered in Toronto and New York and has additional offices throughout the world, including Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore and Serbia.
Jo Stephenson, Daniel O’Gorman and Will Procter led the Walker Morris team advising BlueCat Networks, with Juris (Simon Knight) providing Icelandic advice.
