Future World of Work report – one year on

How is productivity & wellbeing affected by remote working?

In partnership with Leeds University Business School, Walker Morris is delighted to publish the second  Future World of Work report.

The research explores the way we manage the boundaries between work and home and spans a broad range of individuals, companies, sectors and regions.

The first survey was undertaken in summer 2020, in the first few months of lockdown. We ran the survey again nine months later to measure how attitudes had changed and to challenge:

  • How new business models, can work effectively?
  • What does this mean for our working and living environments?
  • And how do organisations best manage their employees to maintain a happy and productive workforce?

Welcome to the Future World of Work – one year on.
