Why we publish two sets of diversity data
As part of our regulatory obligations, we publish diversity data required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). This information is collected through a voluntary staff survey, which typically receives responses from only a portion of our workforce at a single point in time. As a result, the SRA data does not fully reflect the diversity of our entire firm.
To provide a more accurate picture, we also publish diversity data based on our complete employee population, using information held in our HR system. This ensures that stakeholders have access to both the regulatory data and a comprehensive view of our firm’s diversity.
