Walker Morris advises CB Collier on 103-home development in Craven Arms

Walker Morris has advised land promotion and development specialist CB Collier on the exchange of contracts with SH Partnerships for a residential development site in Craven Arms, Shropshire.
The development will deliver 103 new affordable homes in one of Shropshire’s key market towns, helping to address local housing needs and support the long-term growth of the community.
The transaction marks a milestone for the site and paves the way for the delivery of an all-affordable housing scheme in Craven Arms.
The Walker Morris Real Estate team advising on the transaction was led by George Bacon, Partner and Head of Real Estate Group, with support from Mitch Parry (Associate).
