The shortlisting follows a landmark year for the Private Equity team, which delivered transactions with an aggregate value of over £4bn in 2025, advising UK and international sponsors, management teams and portfolio businesses across the full investment lifecycle.
Spanning manufacturing & logistics, healthcare, food & drink, defence, energy transition, and Technology, the team has continued to advise on complex, strategically significant deals across a broad range of markets.
Distinguishing itself as a leading private equity practice outside London, the team combines scale and capability with a highly commercial, pragmatic approach, supporting clients on both platform investments and strategic add-on acquisitions while navigating increasingly complex regulatory and economic conditions.
