Walker Morris advises Lifco Dental on the acquisition of DB Ortho

Walker Morris’ Corporate team has advised Lifco Dental, part of the Swedish-headquartered Lifco Group, on its acquisition of UK-based DB Ortho.
This acquisition further expands Lifco Dental’s offering of orthodontic materials to dental professionals in the UK and globally.
Corporate Partner Oliver Duke led the team on this transaction, with support from Matthew Dickinson (Associate), Nick Lowe (Associate), and Isobel Brown.
Commenting on the deal, Oliver said: “We are pleased to once again support our long-standing client, Lifco Dental, enhance its dental supply footprint in the UK through this acquisition.”
