Tom is an Associate in our Corporate team, contributing across all aspects of corporate transactions. He drafts key deal documents, conducts legal due diligence, and manages disclosure processes—all with a focus on ensuring smooth and efficient deal execution.

Tom predominantly handles buy-side and sell-side UK M&A deals in the private equity sector, but also has experience of advising on internal restructures and corporate governance, establishing employee share schemes and ownership funds, and cross border transactions.

Deals:

1. Endless LLP’s sale of KTC Edibles Group to Whitworth Food Group: Tom managed the seller disclosure process, coordinated specialist input, drafted transaction and disclosure documents, and liaised with the buyer’s lawyers to finalise the deal.
2. Endless LLP’s exit from investment in EVO: Tom was the primary contact for Endless LLP and managers in a management buy-out, handling the drafting of the share purchase agreement as well as all other sell-side documentation, and coordinating the work of our banking and pensions teams.
