Olivia is an Associate in our Employment & Immigration team. She works on all aspects of employment law, including the drafting of settlement agreements, contracts and policies and advises on everyday HR processes such as redundancies, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Olivia has experience working closely with a wide range of clients including manufacturing clients in the food and drink industry, football clubs, software companies and private equity firms.
The most rewarding aspect of Olivia’s role is the opportunity to build relationships with clients to better understand their business objectives to provide a tailored service suited to them.
One of Olivia’s key strengths is her ability to work well under pressure allowing her to turn work around quickly without compromising on accuracy or detail.
