He has extensive experience advising international investors, private equity sponsors, and sponsor-backed businesses on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals. His work often involves navigating diverse market practices, regulatory frameworks, and tax regimes.
Oliver is a member of the Walker Morris International Committee and is responsible for the firm’s relationships with other international law firms. He regularly participates in the International Bar Association and the Association for Corporate Growth and he has been ranked as a Thompson Reuters Stand-Out Lawyer 2024 and 2025.
