Meet Nick's team
Nick is an Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team. He has worked in the legal industry for eight years, during which he specialised in resolving disputes for housebuilding and other land development clients.
Nick works on a range of disputes, including land purchase agreements, contractor disputes and consumer disputes. He also has experience in industry specific modes of alternative dispute resolution, such as expert determination.
Nick’s usual clients are residential property development clients, ranging from FTS 100 Housebuilders to land promotion clients. His clients look for concise, straightforward, and highly commercially focused advise.
Nick is known for his attention to detail and finding creative approaches to difficult problems and always taking a ‘best foot forward’ approach to disputes.
