Mia is our People & Culture Coordinator, playing a key role in attracting, supporting and retaining talent across the firm. With several years of HR experience and a background in the higher education industry, alongside her Level 3 CIPD qualification, Mia brings a structured and people focused approach to her work, ensuring candidates and employees have a positive, professional experience.

Mia supports end-to-end recruitments processes, amongst other aspects of her role. From drafting compelling job adverts, managing candidate applications to coordinating interviews and delivering seamless onboarding. She is passionate about promoting inclusive practices and takes pride in representing the firm’s culture to potential new hires.

Since entering the profession in her early twenties, Mia has established herself as a dedicated, courageous, and reliable HR representative. Her day-to-day work spans across all areas of the People & Culture department, both from an operational aspect and engagement-focused initiatives including all core HR processes, internal communications, event organisation and employee wellbeing.

As an active member of the CIPD and various early career HR networks, Mia brings curiosity and ambition to her role. Her recruitment efforts and staff support contributions help ensure the firm continues to grow with the right talent, supported by a workplace that values them from day one.
