Lewis is an Associate in our Commercial team. He has been working in law for 4 years ahead of qualifying. Clients and colleagues best know Lewis for his personal skills and his ability to work well with all members of their team.

Lewis deals with a wide range of general commercial work including supply agreements, terms and conditions, software agreements, as well as assisting his team with deals by carrying out due diligence of clients and businesses commercial practices.

Lewis specialises in sports, technology, data protection and has gained valuable in house experience whilst on secondment to a telecom’s provider and a Premier League football club.

Deal highlights:

1. Lewis acted as the primary advisor for a football club in deploying a new service on its website to allow fans to easily watch a vast range of player and game highlights.
2. Lewis acted as the primary advisor for an education provider running football training sessions for schools, sports clubs and community centres.
3. Lewis assisted the commercial team in providing on going commercial advice to a transformative initiative in London aimed at stimulating trade, fostering innovation and supporting energy transition.
