Kate acts for both regional and national residential developers on immediate and strategic land acquisitions. Kate also co-leads our Plot Sales team, with the experience to steer and drive your land acquisitions with a focus on the end goal – the successful delivery of plot sales. Examples of clients which Kate leads the plot sales team on are Home Group, Homes England and Anchor.
Kate deals with estate set ups and affordable housing disposals and also acts for both regional and national residential developers on strategic land acquisitions across the country. She has experience in dealing with complex title issues, leasehold structures and the full spectrum of infrastructure agreements and disposals.
