Holding a CIPD qualification, Esmé is known for her confident and proactive approach to shaping and enhancing HR practices within organisations, which embodies the firm’s value of “take the bull by the horns”.
Esmé also plays a key role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates, and is instrumental in onboarding new starter, helping them feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.
