Experience

Leads on a landmark "brown to green" logistics fund with funds of in excess of £500m to deploy.

Led on the sale of a Grade I listed landmark retail and leisure destination in Northwest England for an institutional pension fund. The complex sale involved multiple stakeholders and was awarded “sale/acquisition of the year 2024” by CoStar’s Impact Awards.

Managed the portfolio purchase of 11 multi-let logistics assets in England and Wales, comprised within Project Libra and Project Gimlet. The transaction was high volume with over 50 fee earners involved, and included bank financing. The deal represented a major German private equity house’s first investment into the English Real Estate market.

Led on the pre-letting and development of a prime London city office asset on Gresham Street for a Malaysian pension fund. The project had a specific ESG focus (including a running track on the roof) and was market leading in for its green credentials (e.g. 100% bio-fuel heating etc). The occupier was one of a main ratings agency, who leased the space for their European HQ.
