“If my clients are happy with me, I’ve had a good day”
Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Team. She is known for her work in commercial property, landlord and tenant and retail, with clients including a major supermarket, shopping centres, a recruitment company and sports club.
Charlotte finds it most rewarding when she’s able to “overdeliver on client service” – completing a transaction faster than anticipated, or with a more favourable outcome in another way. She says, “If my clients are happy with me, I’ve had a good day” and describes her approach to client work as “can do, with a positive, problem-solving attitude”.
Client service is always front of mind for Charlotte, but she notes that team spirit is also important, so where appropriate, she likes to bring humour and camaraderie to her meetings.
Charlotte supports other members of the Walker Morris team who are in the early stages of their career.
