Catherine is a Director in our Construction & Engineering team. Known for her non-contentious construction advice, Catherine focuses on drafting and negotiating all types of construction documents, including building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and performance bonds and guarantees.
Catherine typically acts for developers and contractors. She finds completing large, complex developments involving a number of stakeholders the most rewarding part of her job.
Describing herself as proactive and approachable, Catherine knows the importance of attention to detail and she always takes a commercial approach to negotiation.
