Anna is an associate in our Corporate team. Her work includes advising domestic and overseas clients on traditional M&A and private equity transactions, as well as corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters.
Describing her working style as “diligent but also practical and pragmatic”, Anna is an enthusiastic and intellectually curious team member who believes that a genuine interest in corporate law and her clients and the sectors in which they operate is key to delivering tailored and high-quality advice. She enjoys the fast-paced nature of corporate transactions and prides herself in her ability to stay calm and focussed under pressure whilst maintaining a high degree of attention to detail.
Anna is a strong team player and understands that working collaboratively with other team members across the firm as well as external parties is key to getting deals over the line.
