Alex is a Director in the Construction & Engineering team, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has extensive experience across the full lifecycle of construction projects, and works with a diverse client base, from SME developers to major UK blue-chip operators, offering tailored practical legal support that aligns with their commercial goals.

Alex’s core areas of expertise includes the accommodation sector providing legal support across Build-to-Rent, Purpose Built Student Accommodation and hospitality schemes, as well as having extensive experience supporting clients in the retail, logistics and education sectors.

Alex’s strength lies in combining deep sector knowledge with a strategic understanding of both transactional and contentious issues. This dual perspective enables him to deliver commercially astute advice that protects clients’ interests while supporting their growth.
