Walker Morris reinforces Energy, Infrastructure & Government Team with senior appointment

Victoria Bradley joins Walker Morris as Director

Law firm Walker Morris is continuing to expand its nationally leading Energy, Infrastructure & Government Team with the appointment of Victoria Bradley as a Director.

Victoria joins the Walker Morris team which has advised on over £3 billion worth of projects in the last three years, delivering nationally significant infrastructure and energy projects around the UK.

Victoria has considerable experience advising both private and public sector organisations on complex commercial agreements in the infrastructure and renewable energy sector.

She joins the team from law firm Addleshaw Goddard. However, prior to that spent 8 years in-house and so brings a wealth of commercial experience, understanding the commercial realities in which clients operate. Her in-house experience includes time at I2 which became one of the largest equity funds within the secondary PFI market.  Subsequently, she was an Investment Director for Barclays Infrastructure Funds Management where she focused on portfolio management of SPVs, acted as non-executive director on the boards of project companies and managed relationships with lenders, shareholders, public sector clients and building and operating sub-contractors to maximise project performance.

Commenting on her appointment David Kilduff, Head of the Energy, Infrastructure and Government Team at Walker Morris said:

“I am delighted that we are being joined by someone of Victoria’s undeniable expertise and impressive experience in the sector. She will be a valuable addition to the team, adding to the formidable resource we already possess and that is the central reason we are winning an increasing amount of high quality work across the country.”

The Walker Morris team recently advised MVV Environment Services Limited on its 25 year residual waste treatment project with Dundee City Council and Angus Council and also advised Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on its Glassworks Scheme – a complex two stage urban regeneration project to deliver economic development and were also recently appointed to advise a Northern University on the provision of a new energy centre.
