Walker Morris recognised in inaugural ‘GML Elite’ for global mobility expertise

Walker Morris’ Employment & Immigration team has been recognised in the inaugural edition of GML Elite, a new guide to the world’s leading global mobility practices.
The guide showcases firms that deliver innovative, high-value advice to multinational employers managing internationally mobile workforces. Inclusion reflects the team’s expertise across complex global mobility matters, including immigration and international employment law, tax and social security considerations, cross-border benefits alignment, data privacy, permanent establishment risk and wider workforce compliance issues.
The 31-strong Employment & Immigration team, led by Partner Andrew Rayment, continues to go from strength to strength. Over the past year, the team has been shortlisted for Global Mobility Team of the Year at the IEL Awards. It has further strengthened its offering by promoting Shabana Muneer to Partner, who leads the firm’s business immigration practice.
The team advises clients on the full range of global mobility issues, from cross-border hiring, secondments and international assignments to sponsor licensing, visas and compliance. It also supports clients on strategic projects such as global expansion, M&A-related workforce integration, and the alignment of reward and benefits structures, alongside advising on disputes and employment matters involving globally mobile employees.
